After a lot of hard work and dedication we are starting our main fundraiser. We have been blessed with the opportunity to work at the Bank Of America Stadium concessions. The requirement is to have 10 to 12 volunteers per event. There are 5 events we can have. We receive 9% of all alcohol sales and 11% of all food sales at the concession stand we work plus any tips we keep 100%. After talking with many others and doing some research with working these 5 events, the bundt cake fundraiser, and the beef jerky fundraiser, we will hopefully be able to pay for music and choreography, backpacks, cheer shoes, and jerseys. This is a lot of money out of pocket that as parents you can save and also have fun doing.
The requirements are that all parents have matching shirts and either black or khaki pants with sneakers or non slip shoes. Adrian Mitchell from the youth team has agreed to make Cheer Mom and Cheer dad shirts for us. You can also have your child’s name on the back if you would like. To make that happen and not have to put the financial burden on anyone we would need you to bring in a black shirt for her to put the vinyl on. The shirts would need to be brought in by Monday so that they can be finished in time. A donation of $5 for vinyl would be appreciated
I would appreciate if all parents could at least participate in 2 days. If you have a friend that is willing to help you I am ok with that also as long as they have a cheer shirt. We will have more details but you would need to arrive at the stadium prior to the events. Parking is free in employee parking.

Sep 1 Red Hot Chili Peppers 6:30pm
Sep 3 Duke’s Mayo Classic 7:30pm
Sep 11 Panthers vs Browns 1pm
Sep 25 Panthers vs Saints 1pm

I believe we are expected to be there 1.5 hour’s prior but I should now after we send in the names please plan for that.
